IT - Frohike è prima di tutto un gruppo di amici, legati da poche, piccole, banali cose. Frohike è un gruppo di persone che sognano, che pensano, che si guardano attorno. Persone. Diverse per tantissimi aspetti, uguali per la passione che le contraddistingue. Persone vecchio stile, che amano aver per le mani dischi, che leggono ancora libri. Che usciti da un liceo scientifico di provincia si sono ridotti a studiare materie umanistiche all'università. Felicemente, oltretutto. Vecchi, stravecchi insomma. Frohike è voglia di sporcarsi le mani, è voglia di fare. Voglia di aver la testa tra le nuvole e pensare in grande. Frohike ha radici forti che si intrecciano nel sottosuolo, nel cemento, nella terra. Frohike nasce e cresce. Matura, invecchia. Migliora. O almeno ci prova, ecco. Frohike ama e continua a farlo nonostante tutto. Nonostante gli imbarazzi, nonostante i silenzi di circostanza. Questa è la base, è il fulcro vitale di noi schegge emozionali in cieli glabri.

Frohike è un collettivo artistico-musicale senza alcun fine di lucro basato solo ed unicamente sulla passione che lega noi e i musicisti a voi che ascoltate musica. Frohike crea, non produce, musica, aiutando realtà sperimentali ad emergere e farsi conoscere. Ogni disco viene curato, cullato e fatto crescere usando il tempo libero ritagliato dall'università e dal lavoro. Ogni centesimo raccolto nella distribuzione e vendita di dischi serve a coprire le spese di produzione, le spese di gestione e distribuzione e con quel poco che resta si cerca di produrre al meglio nuovo materiale. E quando mancano i soldi, si apre il portafogli e si rompe il salvadanaio. Frohike è questo, Frohike è passione.

Frohike pensa che l'arte non debba essere di peso all'ambiente, all'eco-sistema stesso. Anzi, l'arte deve essere il meccanismo che porti le persone a pensare in modo differente l'ambiente che le circonda. Frohike adora il concetto di Impatto Zero ma si rende conto di vivere in un contesto urbano ben lontano da quell'ideale di integrazione ambientale a cui aspira. Ma è il momento di iniziare a fare qualcosa, le cose si cambiano solo ed unicamente cambiandole. Pochi passi, ma decisi, che facciano da punto di partenza per una lunga marcia che ci porterà ad integrarci con l'ambiente, non più a sfruttarlo. L'arte è il mezzo per fare tutto questo. L'arte emoziona, l'arte crea, l'arte cambia. Frohike ha deciso di ripensare totalmente le confezioni dei dischi per renderle eco-compatibili, integrando e adoperando materiali riciclati, di scarto e/o di recupero.

EN - First at all Frohike is a group of friends bond together by few, little and banal things. Frohike is a group of people who dream, think and look around. People different from each other for a lot of viewpoint, similar ones from each other for the passion that stand them out. Old style persons, who love to feel the records, persons who still read books. They've finished scientific high school and ended to study humanities at university, happily at all. Frohike is the desire to get dirty hands, it's desire to do. It's desire to have head in the clouds and think hightly. Frohike has strong roots twisted in underground, in cement, in earth. Frohike born and grows. It matures and gets old, gets better too. Or it just tries doing it. Frohike loves and continues loving despite all. This is the basis, this is the vital heart of us, emotionals slivers in smooth skies.

Frohike is an artistical-musical collective without any profit aim, based only to the passion which bind us and the musician to you, who listen to music. Frohike creates, doesn't produce, music, tries to help experimental realities to emerge and make them know. Every record is treated, dandled, and made grow up with the free time stolen to university and work. Every cent collected in distribution and sale of records, needs to cover the production costs, the menagement and distribution costs, and with the few money left over we try to produce new stuff. And when the money is absent, wallets open and money boxes broke. This is Frohike, Frohike is passion.

Frohike thinks that art shouldn't be a burden for the environment and ecosystem. On the contrary, art must be the mechanism which carries the people to think in a different way the background thery're surrounded. Frohike adores Zero Impact's concept, but knows that it's living in a urban contest so far from that ideal ambiental integration which aspire; few steps, but decided, like the start of the long march will bring us to integrate to it, to stop the milking of it. It's the time to start doing something, the things'll change just changing them. Art is the way doing this all. Art touches, art makes, art changes. Frohike decided to reflect upon records' wrap making them ecofriendly, by using recycled material.
